Blossom Hotel Houston, Curio Collection by Hilton

This was my and my son's first time at the Blossom and it was incredible! Shiv, at the front desk, took great care of us upon arrival, making check-in seamless and hassle-free. We got some great food and activity recommendations for our Spring Break vacation. We will definitely be back!

It was very conveniently located for the places I needed to go. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The area was a little industrial but it wasn’t far from anywhere that I needed to go.

If you are visiting any of the medical centers or Rice University in Houston, this hotel provides a great location. It is upscale with lots of amenities in the room and comes at price that provides great value. Exceptionally clean. Quiet. The very best part is the amazing lighting in the room! Finally a hotel room with fantastic lighting! No more using a flashlight to look in my suitcase. Plan to stay there again.

The quiet and comfort the hotel rooms offered. The espresso machine was a place.

The ice machine was empty.y entire stay and I didn't travel to any other floors to get any, so I depended on the refrigerator to cool our drinks.

The lobby was very pretty

My room the AC took hours to cool and the bathroom was not clean I requested it be cleaned the evening I arrived then the following morning after coming back from breakfast to unmade beds and still a dirty bathroom. So I went back and requested it be cleaned again as well as talking to the house keeping staff that were working in the hall of my room. I left returning at the end of the day around 11pm my beds were not made and the bathroom still dirty. After a very long day of walking as a 6 month pregnant person I wanted to shower and get in a clean bed. I had enough so I went downstairs to the lobby and requested my room be looked at for a 3rd time. The desk person said he could not do much with it being so late. A very sweet and helpful young man named Angel was able to help with my bathroom situation. So my bathroom was dirty for 33 out of the 44 hours I stayed at this hotel.
