- great location - the room was very clean and modern, furniture was new - room was with AC - stay included entry to SPA wellness - huge selection of meals in breakfast (which is included in stay as well) - wellness was great as well (loved the dried fruits and beverages offered during wellness)

Little bit of chaos with parking (hotel has an elevator which leads to underground parking but there are no clear instructions how to use it). It would help if you would place picture instructions on your web page how to enter and operate the elevator. Also there was only one employee during the checkin of a larger group of hotel guests which resulted in our waiting time around 1 hour until we were able to checkin. So I would suggest the hotel to pre-process such large groups with online checking our something similar to avoid such situation.

De behoorlijk grote suite. De lokatie, weliswaar niet direkt in het centrum, maar wel met zeer frequentente, korte OV- verbindingen daar naartoe.

Het hotel heeft veel internationale travellers, echter biedt alleen lokale TV- zenders. Aan te bevelen is om minimaal ook bijv. CNN-international, BBC, ARD/ZDF aan te bieden.

Spacious room. Hotel is conveniently located with parking availability.

The coffee machine did not work well. The shower head had a few clogged nozzles spraying eractically. The air conditioner doesn't cool the bedroom very well with the door closed..

The in-room espresso machine took a little getting to know, but was very nice. The fresh juice press at the breakfast buffet was fantastic! The room was very clean and comfortable. The wellness/sauna area was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and helpful..

I was very disappointed that the wellness area opened so late on Monday -- of all days, the one on which there is the least otherwise to do in the city of Brno! And it was on a second Monday of the month, though the information posted was that this would be the case on the 1st and 3rd Mondays. Finally, I was surprised that even after housekeeping had been in our room I had to ask someone else going by for a toilet paper refill.
