My Place Hotel-Portland East, OR

Nice location

We sent a message two days prior to arrival requesting a top floor room. The hotel never responded and put us on the 2nd flood. We have stayed at this hotel many times, and always request a top floor room. We are traveling for work and have to get up at 2:30 am. We are very disappointed that the hotel staff ignored our request and didn’t even respond to our message.

Drove all the way from Lincoln city with my family, payed 230$ for a room for 2 nights, show up and my card was cancelled and I couldn’t get the room, asked for a refund for at least one night because I had to go somewhere else and was told they couldn’t help me, really sucks because I’m a low income family that came to see family and had to leave the next day due to having to get another room somewhere else, so had to pay for to places, I would not recommend them to anyone

Facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly, and helpful. It was a nice experience for the price we paid.
