Location, room, separate shower and toilet, large bathroom. Customer service, elevators- they were amazing! Very secure!

Issue with the room at check in- but the hotel responded right away and corrected it.

Jalyn was a wonderful help getting our bags to our room and offering to get us ice. Our dinner at the hotel restaurant was stupendous. The concierge and other staff was friendly and resourceful. We will definitely stay again!

"Very Good"

The staff was incredibly kind, knowledgable and welcoming. The lobby level restaurant was great and the proximity and walkability was a plus.

We expected more from a JW in terms of comfort. The doors to the bathroom are barn doors and provide almost no privacy. The Duvets are incredibly thing and the mattresses are tough. Not a typical JW type luxury at this location

The staff was super helpful and anticipated our needs. The hotel is very nice and rooms were clean. Jaylen did a great job with our bags and making sure we had everything we needed. 5 stars
