"Daniel Lubamba 5 star valet"

Daniel Lubamba is the guy you should ask for at valet. He took great care of me and my family during our stay. Made sure we understood how the valet worked and had my car pulled up without an issue. He also never expected a tip but with the service he gave I let him know hd deserves a raise. Bright face always smiling he started the experience off fantastic and ended it off the same. Thank you Daniel, me and my family appreciated your hospitality during our stay. Can’t wait to return!!

"If I ever go back to Charlotte again I’ll definitely stay here."

Close to where I needed to go. Loved the shower and the pillows. I’m picky when it comes to pillows but these were good. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like that the bathroom door didn’t have a lock and the beds were a bit too firm but that’s all!

"Great Retreat at the JW"

I absolutely love this JW. I spent an entire day at the spa which was phenomenal. Jonathan at the valet stand provided excellent customer service and was so friendly!
