Clean and professional staff.

There is no where quiet to go in the facility if you want to relax outside your room but don’t want to sit in the restaurant. It was cool outside and sitting outside wasn’t an option and another day it was hot but there was no shady spot. There is the lounge by the indoor pool but that is not quite what I mean.

I had the same issues as the time before and they didn’t nothing to fix or compensate for them. I don’t mind paying good money for 5 stars but if I do I expect 5 star service and accommodations. They also told my family member with an allergy to eat a small amount of what they were allergic to. And just scrape things off and pull things off of things that she said she had an allergy too at dinner. Not acceptable. They made no effort to compensate financially and overcharged us and double charged us for a second time on certain things. Check your bills carefully. But the bed in the sheets for heavenly

Great location on the lake! Central downtown, awesome food and wine selection, gorgeous pool and spa, a perfect escspe!

I loved everything. The hotel was so beautiful and zen. Wonderful place for a staycation. The room was comfy and had a nice lakeview. They have a beautiful spa onsite. We visited the Isabelle and the food did not disappoint and the ham and cheese crossaint at the Pearle Cafe was so amazing. Everything was great from the hotel to the customer service. Definitely will be back for another stay.

Overall great experience and good service - the facilities are great - beds cozy and food T restaurant is great . Area to improve is the halls are loud - we have stayed 3 x now and this is the one area that needs to improve asap - sound proofing was not done correct or something but you can hear every single door close and voices - like I said great experience overall but fix this and it becomes a better stay for all .

It’s a very beautiful hotel located in a very scenic part of town. It was clean , very comfortable and overall very good.
