This hotel was very clean and very professional and staff were very polite and it was very modern and served wine/ tea / coffee and treats for all the guests . There is a really nice breakfast every morning and very close to transportation . Provides pajamas it was my favorite hotel during my stay in Japan

Cant say enough good about the staff and property. While a little out of the way from the beaten path in Kyoto, it was great, quiet and comfortable. I needed minor doctor care and the staff was extremely helpful in getting me setup with the help needed at a local outpatient clinic and did very helpful translations for me. Would stay here again in an instant.
