sehr gute Atmosphäre, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Sauberkeit, Ruhe, geringe Entfernung zur Lanxess Arena, Parkhaus unter dem Hotel

- Frühstücksangebot war nicht so unser Fall, wir fanden es ziemlich einfach - teuer, nimmt man jedoch in Kauf, da Nähe zur Lanxess Arena

Prinzipiell ein schönes Hotel, großes Zimmer und helles Bad mit Tageslicht.

Bei Booking steht, es sei ein Parkhaus vom Hotel vorhanden. Das ist allerdings nicht vom Hotel direkt. Wir haben über eine Stunde für den Aufenthalt durch Parkplatzsuche verloren (wollte den Wellness Bereich entspannt vor einem Termin nutzen), da das Parkhaus nebenan defekt war. Habe mir dabei mehr Unterstützung vom Personal gewünscht, die Dame an der Rezeption kam mir eher genervt vor und schien es nicht zu interessieren. Die Sauna ist direkt neben dem Pool, daher war es dort sehr laut, da viele Kinder im Pool waren. Prinzipiell kein Problem, dennoch hätte ich das mehr voneinander getrennt gewünscht, damit man etwas entspannen kann.

Die Lage ist einfach top und das Personal super freundlich ! Der kostenlose Kaffee und die kleinen Leckereien über den Tag sind eine Besonderheit die uns sehr an dem Hotel gefällt. Waren nun das zweite Mal dort und sind einfach begeistert. Etwas teuer, aber lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!
