Swiss-Belinn Bogor

In a very convenient location, with plenty of options for eating out within easy walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean and staff very friendly and efficient. Will be my first choice of hotel on my next visit to Bogor.

Room is not ready when we arrive at 14.00 (check in time), they require to settle the payment before we arrive but on the contrary room is not ready at check inn time..

Spacious room and very clean. We stayed in grand deluxe twin room, request for an extra bed but all was booked. So we request the bed to be joint. It would be great if they also change the sheets from twin size sheets to larger sheet. The kids love the pool. Friendly and attentive staffs. Close to a lot of resto and cafe. Indomaret is in walking distance. Keep up the good work. We would like to comeback for sure. InsyaaAllah.

Menu on restaurant for breakfast still have non halal ingredients (such as mirin on the sushi). I have to ask before we eat are there any food using ingredients such as mirin, angchiu, wine or any kind of alcohol and thankfully one of the staff explain. Because majority of the guests are muslim. They should gave information before to the guests. I saw some of the guests are eating the sushi because they didn’t know, so I have to tell them and explain that it consists of mirin. Please be mindful that it’s crucial to have halal and non halal food to be explained to the guests before they start to eat.
