The staff was very friendly, the Kent Lounge was fantastic, the best quiche. I little bit out of the way, about a 15 min Uber ride.

Signage to locate the property could be better. Reliance on texts to give useful information ( not everyone checks for texts every few minutes. Where possible written information on old fashioned paper is better.)

I really liked the cleanliness of the room and it was super cute! We were not told there was a security guard that roams at night, so we did get scared that someone was standing in the parking lot.
CAPros: Clean, very well decorated, quaint quiet rooms, things easily accessible by car. Cons: no breakfast, no coffee machine in the room.
Lovely stay, clean room and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. When we go back to Niagara on the lake, we will most definitely stay here again !
