Villa was beautiful and spacious. Great facilities and only a 1 minute walk from a supermarket. Plenty of seating areas indoors and outdoors as well as loungers for 7 of us staying. Villa was very clean and well presented - had a real homely feel. Milivoj was a fantastic host, arranged our airport transfers via taxi service and was on-hand if we ever had any questions or queries. Only a 12 minute drive to old town Zadar. Felt very safe. Would definitely return!

A couple of the plug sockets weren’t working and a mirror light in the smaller bathroom didn’t work. Noise is to be expected during the day being on the edge of the road. Would have been great if the pool was heated for morning and evening swims - I would imagine the pool heats up much faster in peak summer time.

Nice and spacious, lovely outside, kitchen facilities.

Nothing to complain about, although with 6 people staying there the hot water did run out at times

It is a fantastic house with a great pool! We enjoyed it every minute. Everything you need is available. Zadar is closeby. Every morning we bought bread at a nearby bakery. A small supermarket is nearby (only cross the road). The photo’s reflect the reality. I highly recommend this accodmodation.

The thing that could be improved is the number of seats for the outside lounge area (that is just enough for four adults) and maybe a big parasol for more shade in the garden.

The property was really well maintained. Especially the outside area with the pool was really nice. The rooms on the upper floor are renovated nicely including the master bathroom and small bathroom with shower. The location of the house is nice and provides the perfect amount of privacy.

One small minus point is that the downstairs area, including kitchen, living room, one bedroom as well as one bathroom are both renovated and comparably old to the rest. There are only two small grocery stores close by and you need around 15 min to get to the city by car. Public transport is not really an option so you have to call a taxi which can be a bit tricky sometimes especially during peak times in the evening.

The host was great! The villas was amazing, so clean, spacious! The pool was as never too cold!! The BBQ was fab!! All the the holiday was great! 100% recommend! We used Uber to go to Zadar old town and it was about 5€! Everyone was so friendly!

only a supermarket within close walking distance needed to go out in car or taxi to reach restaurants ect but the area did look like it was seeing investment so this might change in the future
