Room was more spacious compared to other hotels we’ve been to for the price. Had a microwave/toaster available for use and had umbrellas set aside for customers to use. Only improvement would be for more light in the room - despite having many light options/areas in the room, it was very dim lighting during the night

We had a great stay at this property! We stayed in the 2 floor family room which was huge and so comfortable! The outdoor bath was awesome and the area is very convenient. The property was tidy and modern and staff were friendly! Highly recommend!

Nice small hotel in a good location in kyoto. Nice enough to let us store bicycles in hallway. The bar downstairs is a must try. close to subway

Our room was pretty decent, it was really clean, and had proper amenities. The TV is small and only has 4 channels. The bathroom tub is small but quite deep so that was nice for a small person like me. There's a lot of traffic noise, even when the windows are closed, but the streets quiet down after about midnight. Our room was modern and stylish. I highly recommend it, especially for the price. When we checked in, reception gave us a free drink and snack coupon for the bar on the first floor.

Stayed for a number of nights with family of 5 including. 3 small children under 9, first time in Kyoto. Staff provided exceptional service and very friendly. The rooms and beddings were very comfortable and we had the entire floor to ourselves. The setup of the space was very intuitive and useable. Very close to Nijo-Jo. Loved the place and will be returning in Dec! Only asking is laundry facility would make it perfect!
