"Served its purpose to break up a long journey but would not use again"

Great bathroom!

The bedroom was very dated needed some decoration . We had our evening meal at the hotel , the meals were very poor and not much choice. The cooked Breakfast was undercooked.

We had a fantastic welcome. Very professional reception staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and TV a bonus. We had breakfast during our stay and there was plenty of choice and fresh food.

There was nothing at all that we didn't like.

"SPEECHLESS"

It's one of those hotels that does what it says in the tin. You know what your getting.

I am working away from home. Booked the room, and gave the details for my partner to get in so we could have the night together. So after finishing I arrived at the hotel. I explained my Mrs was in there, gave them the room number, and my name. Long story short I was refused entry to the room I had paid for. I showed them my booking.com reservation, my bank card that paid for the room and my driving license. I think the hotel manager was just being awkward. She explained she was protecting the lady in the room. I said so what if it's random in my room that I have paid for you won't let me in my room. She said no. Absolutely ridiculous. She then tried to tell me that She used my name to check in. I said she would approach the desk and use a male name being a female. Plus I had my id. This manager did not know what she was doing, I have no idea why she wouldn't let me in the room I had paid for, after my long shift. Absolute stupid.
