安く、清潔

階段があり、荷物の運びが大変。特に2階の部屋はエレベーターがないため大変。 鍵が一つしかなく、その鍵を差し込まないと電気がつかない。しかし、21時以降の外出には鍵を持ち歩かないとホテル内に入れなくなる。駐車場に荷物を取りに行きたいだけだとしても鍵を持ち歩かないといけないため、部屋に残された家族は真っ暗な部屋で耐えてもらうしかない。
