Everything was well except the front desk clerk Tara.RUDE as hell!!Everytime I asked her a question, she was rude. Not even a good morning when I checked out. I know everyone has bad work days, But bad EVERY day is sad! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! She needs retraining and I know by the way she acts I'm not the first to complain! God blesses hateful people too so I hope she is blessed. Other than that every thing was well!

We were settling in and starting to make the couch bed and it was broken. We had to switch rooms which was fine but the room we were moved to was dirty. The drawers had sticky handles and there was yellow pee around the toilet. There was also something smeared all over the back of the bathroom door.

It was clean ,shower was lovely and the location very quiet and no one bothered you

The fact that my room had no ac at all they had a fan in there and it was hot so that was very uncomfortable due to the amount of money I paid for one night well half of an day due to the delay of traffic
