Friendly staff

Huge split in shower tray needs replaced right in middle.

Great value, I’m allergic to fur/ hair and the room was cleaned very thoroughly, I never had any issues!

Glasses in the room would be good for water!

Every looked great until we tried to shower. The shower head was lose causing the water to leaked and wet the toilet area. No housekeeping was available to help out. The front desk personnel was super helpful though. She gave extra towels to dry up the area; a new hose and a shower head but there was no tools to fix it. Imagine only one personnel was available to handle a full house that evening. Management should provide more manpower during peak hour.

L'hotel és accessible, el vàrem agafar per a estar prop tant de Glasgow com d'Edimburg. Pel preu està bé, però li cal una modernització (els endolls varen deixar de funcionar una nit, i hi havia humitat al terra). L'staff va ser molt amable en tot moment. L'habitació era gran però és un hotel i una zona de pas de carretera.

Caldria modernitzar les instal·lacions en general.

Our stay was very good. Comfortable rooms and friendly and helpful reception. The nearby pub was also very pleasant and our food delicious. One problem...we booked three roomscoriginally but DID CANCEL one. This did not seem to have registered.
