Hyatt hotel restaurant/bar Corazon: It’s not fancy, standard/clean/open, just not super fancy; the atmosphere is what you’d expect for a “business like” hotel (i.e groups of conference peeps/ professionals, etc) HOWEVER look for Sonia and order the Lechon Asado…you will NOT be disappointed. It’s been a while since I was so pleasantly surprised by a dish and hospitality. (GF/DF as well!)
