Great hotel great price, valet was quick, rooms were clean, great location

Customer service was excellent. The restaurant and front desk staff in particular went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Rooms were very roomy and nice. Everything seemed clean and bedding and pillows were comfortable. The valet service was outstanding. They were always so prompt and helpful. Told me how to get the new car i was driving in park and directed us how to get places and were so nice. Two names I know to mention were Daniel and Jimmy. The front desk staff was always very nice and friendly and the bartenders also. Breakfast was also very good!!! All around great trip.

My sister and I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt House. The hotel is conveniently located amongst shops, cafes and restaurants in addition to the beautiful historic church. The room was comfortable and clean. The lobby was beautiful and love that it includes free breakfast. Thomas was so friendly and made us feel truly welcome. Would definitely return for a future stay.

John, Rene, and Caleb did an excellent job helping us with valet. They were very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure my family had everything we needed. Thank you!!

The rooms are clean, the service is really excellent. The valet parking service is cordial and efficient. I would recommend this Hotel! The atmosphere is quiet. And have all the amenities for your convenience including self laundry. The pool have a amazing view to the city.

For my recent trip to Tampa for work, I had the pleasure of having the valets: Daniel and Mr. Rene. They were very attentive and helpful. I also had the pleasure of meeting Thomas, when I checked in on 17 June and he was very helpful as well and explained all the amenities of your establishment. The only issue that I perceived was when you initially walk into the foyer area of your hotel here in Tampa, it smells like sewage. Thesmell is not pleasing to your guest and can be offputting.

Service was great. The house keepers, concierge, parking attendant were awesome. However, the lobby had an odor that was easily detectable for two days.
