Siesta Heron Suites & Villas

Likes: Very clean,quiet,and comfortable. Turtle Beach was very convenient to get to and many other beaches as well with a short drive. Having a private deck and screened in area was very nice to get away from the Florida sun for a few Dislikes: My fault entirely but spent $50 or so on beach items that were provided but locked in the shed that I had to leave behind. Please read the portal they provide well. It gives you that information I just didn’t read it all. The vent above the dining room table will drip water from condensation that you have to wipe up often. I would highly recommend staying and plan to stay again in the future 9/10 rating

This property has everything that we were looking for. It was quiet, right next to the water. Room N6 has a balcony to admire the nature.

The second floor room isn’t dark enough to sleep at morning.

It was perfect for my family of 4 for our beach vacation!!

We had a great stay-everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location was perfect and check-in/check out was easy.

One small suggestion: a handle on the garbage drawer, isn’t easy to open as is, and extra garbage bags. Also, the remote for the fan on the bedroom was missing.

Spacious Suite! Clean large bathrooms! Comfortable Beds!

Dirty Pool :( One Toilet Paper Roll per bathroom, ridiculous. One 6 inch Trash Bag in the kitchen, beyond ridiculous! No staff on premises to help with anything. Did NOT answer a simple text message till 14 hours later :(

It seemed like the place was recently renovated, but they hadn't finished yet. There was absolutely no place to put luggage or clothes - literally no place except the floor. There was no luggage rack, no dressers, no counter space of any kind. The door knobs to the small patio wouldn't work; it would take at least 10 minutes of jiggling the knobs to get them just right so they would open. The one shower would take ~10 minutes for the water to get warm. The pool was dirty and I spent my own time removing leaves and debris from it. They did offer kayaks/paddleboards, but many of the parts were broken. The toilet seat was broken when we got there and I submitted a service ticket online as directed and never heard from anyone for the three days we were there. Would not suggest this place until many of these things are addressed.

Excellent stay! We were impressed by the quality of everything they had in the apartment. In special the mattress. We slept really well, the place was peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. We bike for 2 minutes were at the beach. Bikes are free. If you want to go to other places the trolly passes by right in front of the property and it is free.
