The location was perfect for me, and the fact that I could have a small kitchen with a microwave oven and kettle for making breakfast.

When I arrived in the room, it had obviously not been made and there was even stuff of someone else, so I though my room had been double-booked. The reception was already closed, but I called the company and within 30 min, they could provide me with another room. Somehow the cleaning of my initial room had slipped in their system. The room has no airco and the window is huge, so it could get very hot in the summer I suppose. Luckily, I was there in April.

Ik had een parkeerplaats geboekt, maar (zoals altijd) moest ik er zelf weer achteraan om daar de gegevens van te ontvangen. Dat moet toch beter kunnen.

Equipe de consierge, atendimento, conceito moderno do negócio, instalações em geral...

A questão de o serviço de quarto acontecer a cada 2 semanas (limpeza, troca de roupa de cama, toalhas...) não é algo razoável no conceito de limpeza, acredito que 1 vez por semana seria o mínimo necessário para manter o serviço de hotelaria dentro das mínimas condições.

De ipartment Darmstadt me gujsta casi todo y seguire yendo alli. Comodo y muy buena relacion coste-calidad.

No me gusta el personal de servicio .... como si estuviese enfadado y de muy baja consideracion. Esta ultima vez incluso los elementos basicos del cuato de baño no estaban completos. Ya avise en mi vez anterior con relacion a esto. El personal de limpieza resulta MUY DESAGRADABLE y casi agresivo al preguntar. MUY MAL.

床小且一边靠墙，号称厨具全却没有抽油烟机，所以不能煎炸，只能用煮的，WIFI根本不能用。

Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr laut an einer vielbefahrenen Durchgangsstraße. Im Zimmer war Silberfischbefall und im Bad war eine Wand stark fleckig.
