Our room on 3 rd floor was ridiculously noisy. From the loud bathroom fan that never shuts off to the paper thin walls and ceiling,to the high pitched whistle from somewhere, made sleep impossible. Add 2 episodes of 3 very loud snaps (like a pistol) at midnight and 4 am , made our already sleepless night worse. The planes were not a problem at all.

Proximity to the airport and ease of shuttle transport was a huge plus for us road weary travelers. The gal at the front desk was a delight and gave us some good tips for traveling around town. We slept well in clean beds.

The breakfast was a little lackluster but did the trick.

I liked that the facility, and rooms were very clean. I also really enjoyed the shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately I was not able to stick around to check out the breakfast, but I would stay again. Having a shuttle to the airport was the main draw.

I did not like the front counter receptionist. Once we arrived there and were trying to arrange our shuttle pick up time, she made it unnecessarily difficult. I kept asking her what times were available for the shuttle, and she kept telling me the times. Then I'd say "great, I'd like to go then", and then she'd respond with "that one is unavailable". we did this for 5 minutes I'm not even kidding. She told me there was a 5:00, a 5:20, a 5:40 and a 6:00, also a 4:40...but all of them were fully booked and unavailable. Why is she telling guests the unavailable times? It was taking so long, and she just kept giving me unavailable times my wife had to come up and try to figure out what was going on and even she couldn't! She just walked away. We finally found a shuttle that had an available time at 04:20. Which was way too early. But if a shuttle is booked it's booked I understand that, but I am sorry to say, you have got to talk to that front counter receptionist. I don't know if she is high at work or what, but she made the initial experience so frustrating. I only bring up being high at work because she would just stare at my with this blank expression until I told her to do something else, like after she would tell me a shuttle time was all booked up, I would have to prompt her to look for a different time. It was weird, and I did not like it. I checked in 04/13/2026 at around 10pm-11pm if that narrows down who was working the front desk.

Convenience to the airport! Nice rooms.

Parking is a bit tight.
