Easy access to the town. Very friendly staff.

The coffee shop isn't open during the week. Minimal parking close to the entrance. Lot's of "Go to our other hotel across the street for that."

The air conditioning did not work. The ROKU TV system was terrible to try and get to function properly. No communication with the Pittman that is was closed the next morning for breakfast. The lobby door security was not functioning, which would let just anyone in in the middle of the night.

Nobody on site when we arrived. Finally a woman showed up. We weren’t made to feel welcome. Maybe she was having a bad day: I get it. But this whole idea of going across the street to that hotel after such and sick hour. The. She recommended the restaurant across the street. We were Excited because she said the chefs were actual cooks. We showed up just after 7 and the lone woman who seemed to be working there ignored us. We finally went to the A&W. Finally I asked when the breakfast began. I was told 6:30 am. Showed up at 6:50 am. Not a person around. Beautiful hotel. But my wife and o felt no hospitality whatsoever.
