"Not clean, not accommodating property managers, dirty stained linens."

It was in a cute quiet town with a lot of potential for the hotel itself to be nice.

Sheets, bedding and towels were dirty and stained upon arrival. When we requested new towels we received more dirty linens. When we requested a refund through Booking.com to the company they denied any money back. Very overpriced for an unclean motel stay. The poor front desk lady has a cot in the middle of the lobby that she is sleeping on when you arrive.
