Beds were comfortable

The staff was not well-trained and had trouble checking us in. She was very overwhelmed and frankly unprofessional. The walls are paper thin, and each night we all had to deal with loud TV's and snoring. Some nights, we did not feel safe due to odd characters outside our rooms. Rooms were clean-ish.

Good location. Reasonable reate

No breakfast. They didn't show that my reservation included a dog and told me he had to stay off the furniture! Security lock dangling and useless. Towels appears to be WWll surplus.

It was good for a small town. The room was clean and the shower was hot. The receptionist did everything. She was very nice. We definitely stayed in better hotels but this one did the best they could for the area.

The room was twice as expensive as a standard room.just because it had huge jacuzzi tub. Only problem is black mold or rotted dna in the jets. I couldn’t even use it! Also no shower! 2 days washing up in a sink. Couldn’t cancel because booked with a rip-off Expedia ap. The “room blessing “ air freshener in the office was so strong it sent me into an allergy attack. There’s more but I’m tired of typing. Oh I forgot we had to take the stupid jacuzzi room because it was all that was available at Expedia. Because they rent most of the rooms to full time tenants. Looks like a 1/2 way house in the parking lot! And they were worried about our tiny poodles getting on the bed!

Friendly staff, only one lady who works there. She made sure we didn't go without anything. Very small single story building. Does allow pets for a small charge. Rooms look like they've been redone recently.
