Nice hotel staff.

Across from a homeless shelter. No parking available only an expensive valet service. Terrible room noise cancellation. Unresponsive temperature controls. Bed was thin and uncomfortable. Cannot adjust shower head angle.

Parking availability in that part of town. Valet service is excellent but $55 per day.

Very clean and friendly. Restful sleep.

The location is ok. Close to downtown and Hawthorne district. However, the outside area is not safe after dark if alone.
