Utsikten fra rommet var fenomenal. Det var nok glass og rene håndklær. Sengene var veldig komfortable. Butler servicen. Shuttle bus mulighetene til å komme seg til byen.

Det var slitt. Frokosten var noe av det dårligste jeg har vært borti på ett hotell noen gang. De serverte stort sett kun oppskårne eplebiter til frukt. Det var noen middagsretter å velge mellom til frokost, og litt salat, men ellers ingen grønnsaker. Bestilte omelett, men den var veldig tørr. Manglet sunne alternativer. Taubanen hadde jeg et ambivalent forhold til, den var skremmende å ta, knirket og skrek i vaieren, gjorde meg usikker på når den ble vedlikehold og sikkerheten rundt om noe skulle skje med den. Prisen for oppholdet stod ikke i stil til hva hotellet tilbød. Det var langt til restauranten. Bratte trapper.

Sehr schön gelegenes Resort. Sehr weitläufig. Bei low tide kann man sehr schön am Strand entlanglaufen bis nach el Nido. Tolles Restaurant und Bar auf einer Anhöhe mit sensationallem Ausblick und schöner Sonnenaufgang. Meine Villa war sehr gross, komfortabel und geräumig.

Obwohl sie eine Karte haben für veganes und vegetarisches Essen waren jeweils viele Speisen nicht verfügbar, was sehr schade ist.

Staffs, cleanliness & peaceful

The staff was amazing and beautiful property! The other resorts we stayed on provided a more luxurious experience for the fraction of the cost!

Although great property I don’t think is great value for money. We had to get climb quite a bit of stairs to get to our room and it was rainy season so roads where inaccessible so you have to wait on the boat to be ferried back into town!

Some of the staff in the restaurants and the boat crew were very friendly and very good with our children. We like the views from the pool/restaurant area.

This stay was deeply upsetting for our family. After travelling such a long distance (from the UK) with young children, we expected safety, cleanliness, and basic quality — none of which were delivered. Until major changes are made, particularly regarding water safety and management standards, we would not recommend this resort. Sadly, it fell far below acceptable standards, particularly given the price point (£1000 per room per night) and expectations. Breakfast was very poor, with little choice and a noticeable lack of fresh ingredients. Fruit was often brown and unappetising, and no fresh options in general. Food at both restaurants was consistently disappointing. Sandwiches were cold and not freshly made, pasta was undercooked and lacked flavour. Henri’s restaurant for New Years Eve Feast was atrocious, completely failing to meet even basic expectations and shockingly overpriced for what was offered. The buffet very limited choice, and food was soggy, cold, and poorly prepared. Hygiene & Water Safety - Multiple guests became unwell during our stay. We ourselves became sick and strongly suspect the water was the cause. The water had a noticeable smell, and although we did not drink it, even brushing teeth and showering felt unhygienic and unsafe. Management did not take responsibility and instead blamed guests for eating outside the resort, despite many guests experiencing the same symptoms. The following day they also failed to change our bedlinen when requested. The resort urgently needs to test and fix its water system. This is not a minor issue, it is a serious health concern. Facilities & Atmosphere - The area around the pool was far too small for the number of guests. There were only around six loungers, resulting in daily competition and frustration. Large standalone industrial fans in the restaurant were huge and blocked views.

It’s a bit out of the way, and just not the greatest hotel, missing the wow factor tbh
