The house is very comfortable. Kitchen has a microwave, oven and 2 burner hob. Lounge chairs recline. Queen bed was comfortable. Deck with table and chairs (although not a very private setting). Washing machine and folding rack provided (no outside clothesline).

No kitchen tea towels, cloths for wiping spills or scouring pad were provided. Rang the office to request tea towels (didn’t realise other items were missing) but were not delivered until the next day.

The situation on a partly built housing complex. We were aware that shops and restaurants were a driving distance away, so were happy to cook. The hob did not work properly, ( turning off after a short while, and no instructions were to be found), which disrupted dinner both nights and caused disappointment.

Newer style property similar to a caravan park cabin. Kitchen lovely with a good supply of plates, glasses, cooking implements etc. Bed was comfortable. Good wifi

I booked a 2 bedroom place as my partner & myself sleep in separate beds due to health issues. On arrival, We were surprised to see on the bed in the 2nd bedroom a sign stating that we could not use those beds as we had not paid for them. Since when do you have to pay for using an extra bed in Australia. As we were already paying over $300 per night, it seems like a money grab. We were not informed prior to booking that this was the case. If you book a 2 bedroom place, it is usually because you want to use 2 bedrooms. The location was not great, in a new suburban area with lots of new homes being built. No privacy unless you kept the blinds down. The main bedroom window looked directly into the neighbours back area. The main bedroom was very small. Nowhere to put luggage/suitcase. The only clothes hanging space was a frame attached to the bedside table. The bathroom has no floor waste so if water overflowed it had nowhere to go. We have stayed in numerous air bnbs, cabins etc in Tasmania & have always been pleased. This one was a big letdown & overpriced

Very well equipped, good basic extras such as salt, pepper, washing up supplies, washing detergent, refuse bags. Very thoughtful. Very clean. Bright
