This place lacks air conditioning, and you’ll have to open the windows and everyone is smoking outside. Consequently, your room will be filled with cigarette smoke. If you have children, I strongly advise against traveling here.

Die Messe war nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und auf dem Gelände der Apartments war es ruhig. Für eine Freizeitreise wäre das mehr als genug; für eine Geschäftsreise wie meine war es - in Ordnung :)

Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, ist die Ausstattung eher spartanisch (z. B. Fenster ohne Vorhänge, keine Toilettenartikel außer Toilettenpapier). Der Check-in vor Ort war für mich nicht ganz einfach; ohne Hilfe war es schwierig.

No climate control in the rooms, but there was a fan in my most recent room which was fine, but previously I did not have one and the air was very still.

Es war ruhig, die S Bahn ist in 7 Minuten erreichbar und man ist in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Unkomplizierter Check In. Wer keine Rezeption zum einchecken braucht, kann hier buchen. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage verfügbar. Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Preis-Leistung passt. Jalousien können gegen Sonneneinstrahlung genutzt werden, Zimmer war angenehm kühl.

Wir hatten 1 Appartement als Paar gebucht. Das Bett war nur für eine Person hergerichtet. Im Schrank war aber noch 1Kissen und 1Decke. Im Bad haben wir Hängemöglichkeiten außerhalb der Dusche vermisst. Für 2 Gäste ist die schmale Heizung als Handtuchhalter zu wenig. Eine Abstellmöglichkeit in der Dusche wäre auch ganz nett. So musste man die Utensilien am Boden in der Dusche abstellen.

Location's very convenient, check-in was easy, price was good, room layout more than sufficient, small kitchen had a welcome water, coffee and tea.

Boogers on the wall around bed, noisy due to hallway, rooms above and below as well as building layout and courtyard. Due to temperature had to leave the windows on tilt, which made the outside noise a great deal worse.

The location was good, and the room had a large balcony, which was a nice feature.

However, the check-in process was quite complicated. Since there was no staff available on-site, I had to make an international call to a German phone number to get assistance with opening my room door. The process was confusing because I first had to check in on my phone and then complete a second check-in on a touchscreen at the property. What made the situation even more difficult was that the staff member on the phone refused to speak English and repeatedly said, "I only speak German." As an international guest, this was frustrating and made it very hard to get the help I needed. I would expect hotel staff to be able to communicate in English, especially when hosting visitors from other countries. In the end, it took a lot of time and effort just to gain access to my room, which was not a pleasant experience after a long journey.
