Tutto bene, a parte l'aria condizionata

L'aria condizionata era spenta o insufficiente. Nonostante le richieste non è stata sistemata. C'erano 35 gradi e la camera era al sole tutto il giorno

ho dovuto chiedere un cambio stanza, perchè nella prima assegnatami c'erano degli asciugamani usati a terra. nella nuova stanza assegnatami c'erano comunque briciole un po' ovunque e moquette e sedia con grosse macchie

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and explore the area. One of the highlights was the incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. We slept great every night. The breakfast was also a standout. The food was warm, fresh, and tasty, and the coffee was very good. We especially appreciated the generous breakfast hours, with service until 10:00 AM on weekdays and 11:00 AM on weekends, which allowed us to enjoy a relaxed morning without feeling rushed. The 12:00 PM checkout time was another convenient perk.

On the downside, the hotel was a bit more expensive than comparable options in the area. The room was somewhat small but still ok for a short stay, there was no safe in the room.

La habitación muy linda. Todo muy limpio. Pero lastima la vista no. Pues nuestra habitación daba a un sitio donde esta creo la planta de energía. Lindo que en la pared grande que se. Colocaran un mural, para darle belleza a una vista. O Colocaran algunos materos o adornos. Pero todo lo demás excelente. Nos gusto el desayuno. Muy amable el personal.

Ummm. Ya lo comenté arriba.

"Brüssel ist schön, nur diese Hotel empfehle ich nicht weiter."

Die Lage des Hotels und die Sauberkeit.

Frühstück ging, jedoch einfältig und keine gute Qualität der Lebensmittel. Im Zimmer an 2 Seiten Gardine heruntergerissen. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit auf einem Stuhl!!! Bei 33 Grad Aussentemperatur war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer defekt. Von Mitarbeitern gemessene Temperatur im Zimmer 32,2 Grad! Verhandlungen mit dem Personal mit der Bitte um einen Stuhl waren erfolglos. Der Manager wollte sich nochmal bei mir melden. Bis heute keine Nachricht. Die 4 Sterne sind in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt.
