"ok, but for a business trip there are better options"

on the positive side: the climate control in the room is excellent, the room has coffee/tea making facilities, the beds are comfortable and it's clean. I scored a 7 as it is not an 8, but could do 7,5 as some aspects are really above average - and fine if you only stay one or two nights in Brussels on a leisure trip.

there is a lot of street noise until very late (can't perhaps be helped in a city centre location), they do not clean the room daily unless specifically asked (so coffee/tea/clean cups are also not provided daily), breakfast is awful; very cheap produce in an unwelcoming setting (but without music, which to me is a plus). staff is very underwhelming - but I expect them not to have the nicest job as facilities are extremely lean.
