Çevre çok temiz ve güvenilir değildi

The staff was helpful. but the facilities are bad. I booked an air conditioned room but was given a non air conditioned room and was given an electric fan to compensate. The staff was telling me during check in that just in case I got the room with a broken air conditioner there would be a fan for me to use and the window needs to be cracked a little bit to let cold air in. That’s not fair because I paid for the whole price and it includes an air conditioned room. That’s just not good business practice… informing the guest that a room might have a broken air conditioner but still being rented out for the full price. There should be some sort of partial compensation if not full compensation. That room should not have been rented out for the full price or booking.com should have been notified of the situation and the incoming guest should have been notified or guests should be partially compensated for the inconvenience. We only stayed for a night that’s why we just had to use the room. In the middle of the night we were awoken by heavy laughter and jeering being heard because our window was also cracked open to let some cool night air in… and it also let in boisterous noise from outside due to the window being slightly open. What a bad experience and it was during the first week of June.

El.desayuno estaba súper completo, todo lo necesario. Súper bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila y cercana caminando a todo el centro. Y el.personal muy agradable y dispuesto.

La limpieza. El sistema de limpieza es malísimo, ya que por ejemplo hacen la habitación cada 3 días, no cambian toallas ni sacan la basura del basurero del baño ni del basurero de la habitación, lo que claramente es un asco. Debido a lo anterior, la limpieza no era buena ni cuando llegamos ni cuando nos fuimos, más encima teniendo en cuenta que uno paga una pieza de hotel por este tipo de cosas.

L emplacement, le confort, le bon petit-déjeuner . Le parking sous l hôtel avec l accès direct par ascenseur.

Le récepteur de carte pour l électricité dans la chambre abîmé , grosse difficulté à faire tenir pour avoir du courant.

Çok merkezi temiz bir otel. Tren istasyonuna çok yakın. Yatakları rahattı
