Location and numbers of bedrooms

It is not clean enough , we found cockroachs upon arrival and baby crokroachs on the bed when going to sleep. No air conditioner in the bedrooms, just two small air conditioners at lounges. Some smell from the bathroom drainage upstairs

The quietness of the location

No airconditioning in the bedrooms which made it very hard to sleep at night cleanliness of the lounges upstairs Air conditioning upstairs not strong enough no outdoor furniture to have meals on which was disappointing there was mould and general dirtiness near downstairs windows which were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years sound system upstairs was impossible to connect to even with instructions provided coffee table downstairs had vinyl adhesive peeling off only one teatowel and one sponge provided not enough hand soap for even one day had to purchase items when we arrived washing machine but no dryer and no access to the clothes line cutlery drawer was filthy to top it off having to go to Nelsons Bay to collect the keys and return them was really inconvenient only one double point power socket in each of the bedrooms downstairs had to supply own power cords and extra fans because of the heat in the downstairs bedrooms and one of them had excessive stains on the carpet

Location very convenient but also very quiet

For elderly members of family the steps

the property is decent and nice view.

- one of the shower unit cannot drain the water away. - the property did not inform us that there is hot water limit and the hot water will shut down at night and it was pretty cold, which half of us haven’t even taken a shower. - the gas tank for the barbecue grill was small and was only half full, half of the meal had to be cooked in the kitchen stove which was really disappointing; there was no spare tanks supplied - there’s no hand washer / shower gel. - the audio system is not functioning for the projector upstairs.

The location, amount of rooms, cleanliness, jacuzzi and ample space for whole family.
