"Hotel nice, parking payment is a joke"

Location was good. Free drink on arrival was a nice touch. The room was nice

The car parking was a joke. We had to pay by an app every day. And one day we had to walk all the way back to resolve the issue at the hotel. We were told on day 1 the hotel could do nothing to sort parking payments, yet on day 2 when we had walked all the way back to resolve it was all sorted by a pleasant staff member. I wouldn’t strongly suggest you offer parking payment at the hotel reception. It’s actually put me off re booking at the Moxy.

Hotel was nice, room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful

We was given the wrong room at check in, as paid for extras. So had to go back to reception to sort. Shower was very slow & on a slope. Some areas were a bit untidy & needed a better clean.
