The location was great, apartment modern and clean with everything you could need. Great double glazing blocked out the street entertainment when we wanted to sleep.

Location was perfect! Felt spacious enough for 3 people, beds were comfy, great that it had 2 toilets.

-Could have done with a few more towels, wasn’t really enough for 3 people -Said online there was an iron but we couldn’t find one anywhere. -Also the lady who ‘checked’ us in was quite rude and impatient, said she would meet us at 12, then she said 11.30, so we went to get a quick refreshment near by the apartment , and then she messages at 11.05am saying she is at the apartment now, but we was in the middle of having a drink. Told her we would be 20 minutes, to which she replied ‘don’t be late’ even though she told us to meet at 11.30 and then turned up early. When she let us in, she explained we could only drop our bags off (which would have been fine if we had known that was the case) but the messages I had received said we could CHECK IN at 12, so we was expecting to at least be able to quickly get changed etc. when we asked if we could quickly change she said yes, but then after a few minutes she just kept jingling her keys and knocking on the door telling us to hurry up. Communication could have been better with regards to this and also better manners. Otherwise the rest of our stay was brilliant.
