Not sea view , bit expensive , too much codes

Location and convenience! Was looking for quieter beachfront property and this definitely fit the bill. A sprinkling of great casual restaurants and yummy ice cream in walking distance, several more only 2 miles or so down the road. Full size kitchen allowed us to relax and eat in for most meals, which was just what we needed with so many of us on our own schedules. Showers and a water hose at the beach access gate helped us leave much of the sand on the beach when we headed up. Joyce was very helpful in describing arrival and the various codes needed to navigate the property. Even my 12 year old son figured it out within the first hour on the first day. We have arrived home, relaxed and refreshed, which was just what we needed. 

The single elevator is small and SLOW. Thankfully, we were willing and able to use the stairs once we had unloaded our car at check-in. Parking was a little hectic, even though we had our reserved spot and were able to secure an additional guest parking pass for our extra vehicle. People kept parking in our numbered spots and the rental office was not super helpful. However, the head of maintenance helped us figure it out. He was great! 

The condo was clean and nice. It was very comfortable. All the supplies were well stocked.

The 2 chairs in living room were old and leather was torn.
