Perfect location for Art Islands right near UNO train station and ferries to Naoshima and other islands.

The breakfast was very tasty. The facility and view from the balcony looking across to islands in the Inland Sea was lovely. The beds were comfortable. On the down-side I found the wash basin set up within the bedroom and outside of a bathroom area cluttered and messy.

Clean and very efficient. Had a great view of the sea in our premium room. Bed was a little soft for one of us.

Wonderful hotel to stay at while visiting the Art Island -- Naoshima only 20 minute ferry ride, and just 45 minutes to Toshiba. Hotel has nice room with a balcony and view of the Inland Sea. There is a tasty breakfast included and, included as well, is a free pass to the nearby onsen with its multiple cool to hot pools and sauna.

What a beautiful 2 days spent in this gorgeous seaside town. UNO wasn’t on our radar initially but so glad we came. UNO Hotel what find. Only built in 2021, it’s clean, close to the station and ferry’s and the staff are amazing. The food is 5 star quality and was a pleasant surprise and experience for us. Highly recommend. 🙌👏🙌

Front desk: super kind and helpful, they helped us track our suitcase that was delayed from Sapporo using Yamato shipping services. There was always one staff member onsite who could communicate fluently in English if needed. Room: we stayed in both the superior double room and the dormitory/hostel-style rooms where you get an assigned a semi-private space with a twin bed, nightstand and safe, and coat hanger. Rooms are split between genders and there’s shared bathrooms and shower/get ready space (also by gender). Both rooms were very spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities. Amenities: they have a vending machine onsite, along with a community space where they supply coffee and tea, ice cream puffs, and little snacks. They also provide tickets to the nearby Setouchi onsen Tamanoyu, which was such a spacious onsen facility with many lounge areas, and the many options of indoor/outdoor baths of varying temperature and styles were greatly appreciated. Area: right across from the train station, as well as buses. Also a super close walk to the ferries for Teshima and Naoshima. Also an easy walk to good restaurants such as Unryu and Oitoma.

Highly recommended. Good location to the Art Island. Unlimited entry to onsen. Only thing is limited eateries. Do take note there is grocery and mall up north of the hotel on the same street.

Nice upscale hotel w a view of the sea, came with a complementary visit to nearby onsen/ spa also with a sea view. Perfect for a treat stay before going to Naoshima. Station and port right there for easy access. They also had a snack bar.

Very friendly helpful staff. Buffet was great. Very clean. Ippei at restaurant was a top server.

Almost the only game in town which is probably why the price was a little higher for the caliber of hotel. Breakfast is OK would prefer more choices. Needs a coffee maker in the room. Convenient access to boat docks to outer islands and the train. Not much in town to do but was very quiet and good to get away from the city for a couple of days.
