Clean, compact with everything you need. Sufficient space for 4 adults with luggages Good heating and water pressure Well equiped kitchen with dining table Washing machine and adequate space to hang clothes

Check in process is a pain if you do not have local WIFI (International roaming and Free wifi reception is poor). This is NOT a hotel. It is an air bnb. There is NO reception with staff hence no access to WIFI till after you check in. Seperate extra payment (Fukuoka accommodation Tax 200yen per person per night) to be paid on the day (via email) before access code is provided. Standard correspondence response in Japanese is confusing. Bed is too soft and squeaky

A good sized apartment in a nice quiet location close to public transport.

Did not like the check in process. They invoice you on the day you are staying for the lodging tax before giving check in codes. Room needs a deep clean and the bed is a little uncomfortable.

1. 입실: 입실호수/코드 안내문자가 오지 않아서 입실에 어려움을 겪음. 건물에 연락처가 적혀있어서 전화하여 안내받았지만, 라인 등 연락가능한 메신저가 있었으면 좋았을거같음. 2. 퇴실: 마찬가지로 코드가 있어야 키를 수납할 수 있는데 전화로 안내받아 코드를 기억할 수 없었음. 다급하게 전화하였으나 연락이 닿지 않아 난감했음. 3. 숙소상태: 전반적으로 깔끔함. 청소나 수건보충은 없음. 인당 작은수건1개,큰수건1개 주어지는 것으로 3박4일을 보냄. 다행히 매일 온천을 가는 일정이어서 부족함없었음. 총평: 깔끔하고 조용하여 지내기 좋음. 다만 입실 안내문자가 안 왔다면 꼭 미리 연락할것. 여분 수건 챙기거나 세제 챙겨갈것

1、跳電3次冷死了。 2、明明4人房碗筷缺也不補齊，不知如何用餐。 3、無人飯店要收住宿稅到了現場看到告示才說要收，繳費方式對外國人非常不友善。（非常難用） 4、不建議入住。

it was a sufficient and convenient place to stay. love the location and the facilities (the smart projector, the washing machine, rice cooker and electric kettle)

Pease provide a new kitchen sponge and a new cloth to clean the kitchen. spoons and forks to eat and also an ironing board with iron to straighten clothes.

Modern and cozy

部屋が暑くなりすぎて部屋の温度が下がるまで時間がかかったので、せめてカーテンだけでも閉めていた方がよかったと感じました。 それ以外は気に入りました。 また利用したいなと思います。
