Villa Marina Little Beach

Nice location close to beach and town. central location convenient to restaurants, shopping, activities. Grocery store is at the top of the hill, just a 10 minute walk.

Booked as a 3 bedroom, but it's really only useable as a 1 bedroom plus a bunk room. The separate bedroom and bath had excessive mildew - furniture and walls covered in mildew. Even the bed and towels were damp. We complained to the key holder, and were told this is a known issue with the second bedroom, yet the owner continues to rent without addressing the issue. We asked for a partial refund, and after several messages and about 10 days, were given a partial refund. Otherwise, the villa is nice for a couple traveling alone or with kids (note one bedroom is bunk beds).

Rita was a very nice property manager and even helped make a dinner reservation for us. Location was is good walking distance to the center of town.

The listing did not state that one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms was not in the main house. You had to go outside to a separate building for the second ‘queen size bed’ room and second bath. Very misleading. And this separate building was musty smelling and not clean at all. No one in our family was willing to stay out there alone in that musty, dingy space. Very misleading description. Plus the one bathroom in the house had a moldy shower curtain and mold all around the kitchen sink.
