Relatively quiet. Clean, modern room

Didn't get any fresh towels or bed made during stay. Had to stop a housekeeper near the elevator for a clean towel. She acted like she didn't have any until I said I only needed one. And it appears I paid twice. Once on 7/1/25 through Booking.com and got another charge when I checked out on 8/18/25.

Hotel very nice and well maintained. Staff friendly and professional. Not much at that interstate exit for restaurants. Coffee options that aren't $4.50 a cup would be nice.

I thought the room and building was very nice. It was all very clean and looked like it should be in a magazine! The furniture, flat tv, mini bar and bathroom were great. The only thing that I did not like was that the shower water was feeezing! I couldn't get it warm or hot for nothing!

Beware of your belongings. Staff will take forgotten items and will steal them by not returning to lost and found. Family accidentally left a necklace and Apple Watch behind while packing on the bed. Management won't do their jobs by filling out an incident report so you have to get the police involved yourself. I will not recommend this establishment.
