New very clean well laid out Hotel . Our room was large, well appointed, very comfortable beds and pillows

It was about eight blocks away from the Mayo Clinic campus, which did not work out for us very well. But they are right across the street from Saint Mary’s Hospital, which is good for others.

Hotel staff was all very nice and friendly. Helped with what I needed. Bad timing for one day the pool was being tested so no swimming but the kids survived. Cafe staff was kinda on the rude side, not friendly until it came time to pay the bill. So thinking then she decided to be nice to get a tip. Didn’t come to see if we needed anything else during our eating time. Overall though this was my second stay at this hotel and the hotel delivered excellent service and it was perfect for what we needed.

Lovely new facilities, nice showers.

Some lighting, TV, and cleanliness issues, but they were quickly addressed. Parking was horrific; they charge you $15 for the garage parking but then you can't find a spot.
