It wasn't disclosed on the website about the extra $100 security payment collected at reception before they would give the key. Even though it was refundable, it Was an unexpected payment which left me short on finance for the duration of my stay.

"We would like to get a full refund as we left the property immediately on seeing the poor condition"

The accomodation was booked for few guests of us and the photos in the webiste as well as the real property looked very different. It looked quite old as well as not at all clean. The guests didnt like the property at all as it was not all upto the standards and immediately left the property on seeing. We didnt live in there , just left immediately out on seeing the bad condition

"AVERAGE JOE ACCOMMADATION"

-The private Balcony -Close to food outlets supermarket etc -Nice and quiet -Kitchen area was nice had everything we needed utensils cups plates etc -Good supply of coffee tea -Plenty of dish liquid hand soap etc -Toilet and shower was clean but could do with an update.

-Shower high step up -low shower pressure -Bath and shower area could do with updating -Fridge being in lounge and dining area -Front door was a lil hard to close -TV in master bedroom no remote and connected to the lounge tv but could not watch them at seperate times and different Channels.

"BAD TOILET ISSUES !!!"

Nothing it was gross

The cleaning wasnt upto standard , toilets wernt working they never rectified the issue either they tried to charge me extra for the plumbing of there toilet . Worst stay ever with this motel , staff were incompetent . The chinese lady i rung in the morning sounds half asleep like she dosent want to be there . The owner is crap really bad policys DONT EVER BOOK THIS MOTEL READ THE POLICY 1ST ONCE YOU GET THERE YOU HAVE TO PAY A BOND THEY DONT TELL YOU THIS BUT ITS IN THE POLICY LIKE AFTER BOOKING THEN IT POPS UP ONCE YOUVE BOOKED YOU CANT STAY WITHOUT PAYING THE BOND UPON ARRIVAL. THEY ARE THE WORST IVE EVER BEEN TO IN NEW ZEALAND The pic of the toilet we had flushed and the water didnt go down for nearly over hour and half the drains stunk like sphecies . The sink had a stab in it in the kitchen . No broom or dust pan there very bad place
