TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lima

We got there late due to a funeral. Check in was about a 45 second exchange which was nice, but we didn’t really know where to go as we hadn’t been there before. Not a lot of direction. The room had a very overpowering deodorizer smell. It was too much. But, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The shower was great too. Upon check out, all of the staff was outside. I don’t know if I did the right thing or not, but I left the room keys on the front desk when I left as there was no one to speak to. The whole thing was weird, but we slept well and it was clean. Definitely not worth the 160+ dollar room fee. The TV was in a really weird place too (room 131).

Room was nice. Breakfast could be improved.

The pillows were not good they went flat as soon as you laid on them. The breakfast needed other options for children.

The room was not very clean. Breakfast was always late to be started which is an issue when you have to be to work at 7am.

Pet friendly, nice and clean.

Breakfast was fine. Would be nice to have it open for 3 hrs. Great Variety. Employees were friendly. Loved the firepit outside. Loved that there was an ice machine on each floor. Plenty of parking

I did not realize hotel was pet friendly. They need to designate Pet rooms vs non Pet rooms. Our hotel room smelled like wet dog especially in the closet. We went and bought spray. We had other family stay here too this past weekend and theirs smelled like fish and had to be moved to a different floor.
