No frills, no amenities but the price was good and location next to the hospital for those who needed a place close.

Nice, newly remodeled room. Clean and comfortable beds.

Great for an overnight stay.

Property was great and friendly. Could use an update is the only reason it isn't a 5 star.

Turned heater on and smelled like it had been urinated on. Outlets all loose and barely held plugs in. Bathroom walls and ceiling dirty, fixtures corroded and dirty, and floor and toilet falling apart. Bed and pillows were comfy at least!

It is extremely frustrating that this property has been inflexible based on the situation. We had no idea my husband would be released from surgery same day. My husband will be back in the area for surgeries in the future. And I have no desire to make reservations here after this response.

The hotel is right across the street from Avera Hospital. Easy parking. Extremely clean older property totally updated. You cannot find a drip of paint dirt anything in any corner of the bathroom or anything very impressed. We were checked in by. I think her name was Samantha And then we needed a couple of things or ask a couple questions and at the front desk was extremely helpful also. Breakfast is a cold, breakfast yogurt, dry cereal, bagel, delicious donuts from the bakery, fresh, juice, coffee, banana, apple and oranges. Our room was large we room 205 and I recommend this because you can look out
