Lobby was not inviting. The fact only one set of elevators, my room was at end of hall. The bed was not comfortable. The room had an odor.

Breakfast was excellent

We would have liked a bar for a drink after Osu game.

A lot of noisy rooms , not to peaceful at times

The breakfast was absolutely amazing!! We loved having a full size frig in our room and the gym was hands down one of the best hotel gyms I've used. We didn't get to use it, but having access to free laundry facilities was also a great perk!!

Our room was a little humid. It was like the thermostat didn't want to regulate appropriately. The reception staff weren't great. When using the pool, we noticed there were no towels. We waited ten minutes while the reception staff stayed on the phone. She mouthed to us that she was on the phone with her boss, but made no effort to explain she had customers waiting. The conversation seemed slightly gossipy versus completely professional in nature. When we finally walked off, she followed us to the pool to see what we needed. I explained that the pool was out of towels. She said she'd bring us some, but she never did. We ended up using small towels from the gym to dry off with, when we left an hour later.

Breakfast was great facilities inside were very nice.

Vehicle breakins inthe parking lot were a problem. Need some type of security to ensure cars are safe. You should not have to worry about vandalism every night.

Clean, spacious, and staff was exceptional.

When we first checked in at night, the front desk person wasn’t the friendliest. But other than that our stay was PERFECT!! Loved the room and breakfast!

Very nice and close to restaurants and shopping.
