Sijainti oli todella hyvä, lyhyt kävelymatka metrolle.

Huone oli kaikkea muuta kuin käytännöllinen, laskutilaa ei ollut käytännössä lainkaan. Ilmastointi toimi vain ajoittain ja huonosti silloinkin. Huoneen valaistus oli heikko ja WC-tila kamala koppi. Aamiainen oli laadultaan heikko ja jotain puuttui koko ajan, henkilökuntaa oli liian vähän ruuhkaisuuteen nähden.
