Front desk guy at check-in was very professional. Room could have been vacuumed better tho. Overall it was a great stay with good breakfast and comfy bed.

The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom didn’t look as clean: the shower had hair on the floor, the mirror had splashes on it, the sheets were very loose with wrinkles which made me wonder if they were even changed. The breakfast was ok but the use of paper plates and plastic utensils didn’t meet the eco friendly status.

I got to eat a full breakfast one morning because we met relatives at a local restaurant for one breakfast, and we had to leave for the airport the next morning too early to have breakfast. I liked the variety of food offered.

The facility amenities and cleanliness.

We booked online, upon arrival @ 8pm the lobby and front desk was a ghost town. We waited approximately 15 minutes and still no one greeted us. Called the front desk from our cell and a young person that appeared to have just woke up from a deep sleep strolled slowly to the front desk . Until this gentleman walked behind the counter we didn't know if he was an employee or some else. Once checked in my wife had some questions regarding checkout time, breakfast etc. I attempted to call via the in room phone directly to the front desk a half dozen times with no answer. Tried calling via my cell another half dozen times still no answer.Even called the national customer support number to no avail. My wife was very apprehensive to stay the night since no one responded from the lobby. I said thankfully the elevators require card access to go to the floors, and worst case scenario we dial 91 in case of an emergency. She managed to fall asleep, but in my mind the manager of the property needed to know our experience. The manager was extremely concerned and she assured me that the employee would be made aware of our experience as well as our concerns. I would like to commend the manager for her extremely proactive approach in listening to our concerns and follow through. I also relayed our extremely positive interactions with the breakfast staff and making us feel like family. She indicated that she's only been working for the properly for a month, but her emphasis on customer service and quality were excellent. I misplaced her name but I'm positive you know her work ethic and the employee. Thank you the Vlasic family

Nice hotel. Very clean. Will stay here again

The hotel serves its purpose, however location is less than desirable in that the residential homes an apartments surrounding the hotel were not well kept. Bathroom floor could use a good scrub. Other than those things it was just okay.

Very nice people working there. Very clean, great breakfast!!!

There just needs to be water in the workout space, and lobby areas. There just wasn’t an easy way to fill up water bottles. As well, the WiFi wasn’t working in the workout room or the TVs in that space. They ran out of breakfast on one of the mornings we were there. We appreciated the kind staff, it was clean and quiet.
