Very Convenient location to Mayo Clinic, a 5 minute drive . New facility, Clean , comfortable, staff friendly and welcoming.

Need a couple more lights or lamps in the queen suite. Not as well lit as I need to read etc

"Super staff, great location, shuttle to Mayo, nice rooms with kitchenettes."

First and foremost, the staff. They are friendly and accommodating. I like the location close to Mayo. I'm a patient there and the Residence has a community feel to me. The hourly shuttle to and from Mayo is a big draw from me as well. All the rooms have kitchenettes, which I love because I'm a healthy eater and prefer to make my own meals. I use Instacart.

"A very nice hotel, but unfortunately our bedroom was not good."

Location, the area is really beautiful, and quiet, the hotel is beautiful as well.

The air conditioning was really noisy, and it wasnโ€™t really in good shape, it didnโ€™t cooldown much, the pillows smelled like dirty hair, they were white, they look clean, but they smell bad.

"Wonderful staff and location. Free Mayo shuttle and breakfast. Who could ask for anything more."

The staff!!! They are like family. I'm a patient at Mayo Clinic and I love the welcoming environment. The shuttle to and from Mayo is convenient and a big plus. The rooms have kitchenettes so I have a choice to make my own meals or eat at the restaurant.

Everything was great.
