Often stay there. Great value. The only area of friction is how they do room service. You have to call the front desk who takes your order. They pass it on to the restaurant. Multiple times things get mixed up or forgotten. A direct line to the restaurant would be a better solution. Also a menu in the room or accessible through the tv or smartphone would be helpful. If you forget to ask the front desk for a menu then you are on your own. I will say the food is very good.

I had an amazing stay. The staff was friendly, the room was spotless. All the attractions were minutes away. The hotel felt like home away from home. Highly recommended. I will be back.

"Convenient, comfortable and caring"

The hotel staff are amazing! Always friendly and helpful. I am a patient at Mayo so the locations is perfect and the hourly shuttle is a bonus. I like having a kitchenette and the rooms are spacious and the surrounding area is nice.
