Good water pressure in shower.

The entire place smelled as soon as I opened the door. Like a chow hall. So many different odors of different foods, and not in a good way. There were no shower soaps/conditioners of any kind. Walls were thin. Neighbors were noisy. Bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

I've been at woodsprings suites for almost 4 months. I have NEVER been treated so kind at any other hotel in this whole area it's the cleanest hotel I've stayed at the last 2 years they actually care about there guests comfort and well being and when you get my age that really matters! Thank you guys for the care and dedication you put in doing your job every day 😃😃😃😃

The whole time of our stay the elevator was out of order the majority of the time. As someone recovering from a broken hip, going up and down 4 flights of stairs got to be a bit much. Our room was on the 4th floor.

Stayed from Wednesday to Tuesday. The elevator was out of order more than it was in order. Our room was on the 4 th floor. As someone recovering from a recent broken hip the stairs were challenging. Because this is a fairly new hotel, you would not expect it to have issues continuously with the elevator.
