"it was worst experience we had"

Worst Staff and management Team. Our car was hit by one of their other guest cars while it was in the parking and damaged my cars front gate and fender badly, during check out when we came to know about it, they said that the car which hit our car and damaged our car was one of their special guests car and hence all the loss we had the resort will pay us. we left the place in trust of the staff that this matter will be resolved but it's been more than a week now and they have stopped answering our calls. we booked the resort from booking.com because we trust this site, but the experience we had was a nightmare for us and if these low-class resorts will be listed on booking.com than we as a customer will lose trust in booking.com also. I need you to look into it and ask the resort to pay for our loss which we had incurred due to their special guest mistake. we Have all the photos and cctv recording of the incident and if required we will take legal action with all the proves we have.

"Dishonest Staff. Terrible location. Shabby Rooms. Completely Avoidable."

Nothing.

Location was hard to get to. Last several km of roads were terrible (mud tracks, potholes). Staff were unhelpful and aloof. Room was not clean. Mattress was old and sunken. Room next door was making noise playing loud music and it took 3 complaints to finally get it to stop at midnight. On top of everything else that was a disappointment, I left a jacket behind in the cupboard, and when I realised this and returned an hour later to pick it up, it had disappeared and the staff denied ever finding it (which is impossible, jackets don't have wings or legs to fly/run away on their own). Overall, this place is thoroughly avoidable. Very disappointed.
